Tom Jenkins

Tom Jenkins is an Associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency Group at Dentons, based in the London office, practicing in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. He advises insolvency practitioners, lenders, companies, directors, and creditors on a range of non-contentious restructuring and special situations mandates, as well as contentious insolvency matters.

His experience includes distressed and insolvent M&A (including accelerated M&A transactions, pre-pack, and other insolvent business and asset sales), advising directors and creditors of companies in financial distress on contingency planning and enforcement options, and advising insolvency officeholders on pre- and post-appointment issues.

Tom holds an LLB from the University of Liverpool (2020), an LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2021), and completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University (2022). He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (UK).
