Felicity Jordan

Felicity Jordan is a Senior Associate in the firm's Restructuring and Insolvency practice, based in the London office, practicing in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. She advises global financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, corporate clients, and boards of directors across the full spectrum of transactional, advisory, and non-contentious domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency situations.

Ms. Jordan has a wide range of sector experience, including in the retail, energy (particularly the Supplier of Last Resort regime), automotive, aerospace, travel, leisure, and consumer sectors. She is recognized as an associate to watch in Restructuring and Insolvency (London) by Chambers UK 2025, where she is described as a "future star" who "builds consensus among difficult stakeholders" and has a "great eye for detail." She was highly commended in the Rising Star category at the 2021 Turnaround, Restructuring & Insolvency Awards.

Felicity holds an LLB from the University of Birmingham (2014) and completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at BPP Law School (2015). She is a member of R3 and the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
