Bethan Griffith

Bethan Griffith is a Senior Associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice, specialising in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. She advises clients on a range of matters with particular experience in contentious insolvency, including acting for officeholders and creditors on litigation relating to administration and liquidation.

Bethan has extensive experience of advisory matters, regularly advising boards of directors in times of financial difficulty and providing advice to insolvency officeholders on risk-related matters. Her experience spans a number of sectors, including financial services, retail, rail, banking, real estate and technology.

Bethan holds a B.A. (Hons) in History from the University of Warwick (2013), a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School (2014), and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School (2015).

She is a member of the Mentoring Committee for the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation in London, running the "Realise Your Potential" programme supporting the development of women in the restructuring and insolvency profession.
