Michael Evans

Michael Evans is an Associate in Dentons' Restructuring and Insolvency practice, specialising in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. He has experience in a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including liquidations, receiverships, voluntary administration and bankruptcy, as well as mediation, insolvency litigation and general civil litigation in New Zealand and Samoa.

Prior to joining Dentons, Michael worked at one of New Zealand's leading law firms, where he acted for financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and corporate clients. He has appeared as counsel in the High Court of New Zealand.

Michael holds an LL.B. (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Otago (2022).
