Luci Mitchell-Fry

Luci Mitchell-Fry is a Partner in Dentons' London office, specialising in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. With over 20 years of experience, she provides solutions-oriented, strategic restructuring and insolvency advice to a wide range of stakeholders including directors, insolvency practitioners, debtors, financial institutions and other creditors.

Luci's advisory practice spans the full spectrum from consensual restructuring to formal insolvency, including contingency planning, restructuring plans, schemes of arrangement, CVAs, insolvency appointments, pre-packs and trading insolvencies. She has particular expertise in advising boards of directors in the retail, aviation, energy and rail sectors, frequently in situations of strategic significance. She regularly manages cross-departmental teams on high-profile domestic and international mandates, including notable recent matters involving Hurricane Energy and Empire Cinemas. She serves as co-chair of the London network of IWIRC, the leading industry body in restructuring and insolvency.

Luci holds an LL.M. from Cambridge University and completed her training at Nottingham Law School.
