Susan Moore leads the UKIME Restructuring and Insolvency practice as a Partner, specializing in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law. She advises on complex and high‑profile cross‑border and domestic restructurings and insolvencies, as well as associated litigation, acting for all types of stakeholders across numerous jurisdictions, including the UK, offshore jurisdictions, Europe, Asia, and North America.

Susan has been involved in many market‑leading mandates that have shaped the legal landscape, including advising the administrators of Greensill Capital (UK) Limited on litigation issues, the ad hoc group of lenders on the Cineworld restructuring, the administrators of Toys "R" Us on significant litigation, and the administrators of Lehman Brothers on matters relating to the insolvency of LB Holdings International 2 Limited. She has also advised on the restructuring of a major low‑cost airline, a Danish shipping group, and a Ukrainian infrastructure group, and has been involved in landmark cases including Peak Hotels & Resorts (resulting in Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, and first instance decisions) and Winsway Enterprises (winning Global Restructuring Review's award for "Most Important Recognition Decision"). She has also devised and implemented a groundbreaking scheme of arrangement to resolve alleged mis‑selling liabilities involving 2 million consumers, 11 banks, and various regulatory authorities.

Susan holds a BSc (Jt Hons) in Chemistry and Management Studies from the University of Nottingham (1991), a Common Professional Examination from Coventry University (1992), and completed her Law Society Finals at the College of Law, Guildford (1993). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 1995.
