Rebecca Urry

Rebecca Urry is a Senior Associate at Dentons in London, practicing in the Banking and Finance group within the Asset Finance team, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. She focuses on all types of leasing and financing involving assets in transport, infrastructure, energy, and plant and machinery.

Rebecca acts for domestic and international institutions, financiers, banks, companies, airlines, borrowers, high net worth individuals, and family offices on cross‑border transactions, including debt financing, leasing, sale and purchase transactions, and receivables. She joined Dentons London in 2007, trained and qualified as an English lawyer, and previously worked in Dentons' Dubai office (2010–2012). She has also been seconded to three major banking clients during her time in the London office.

She holds a B.A. in Jurisprudence from Oxford University, St Edmund Hall (2006) and completed her LPC at BPP London (2007). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2009.
