Liz Potts

Liz Potts is a Senior Associate specializing in securitisation and structured finance within the Banking and Finance practice group at Dentons in London.

She advises arrangers, investors, and originators on a broad range of structured finance transactions, including public and private securitisations, warehouse financings, forward flow arrangements, and loan-on-loan transactions. She has experience across a wide variety of asset classes, including commercial mortgages, consumer loans, and SME loans, with a particular focus on residential mortgage products. She also has significant experience advising collateral managers on European CLOs, gained at a previous firm.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand (2014), and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2015.
