Nisa Patel

Nisa Patel is an Associate in Dentons' London office and a member of the general banking group of the Banking and Finance practice.

She acts for banks, financial institutions, sponsors and corporate borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending. She has experience in both bilateral and syndicated financing, working on domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Nisa holds an LL.B from the University of Leicester (2013) and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (2018).

She volunteers with Amicus on death row cases and serves as a mentor on Dentons' Black Professionals scheme.
