Grace Stobbart

Grace Stobbart is Counsel at Dentons in London, practicing in the Asset Finance group with particular expertise in aircraft finance, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. She acts for lessors, airlines, lenders, and manufacturers on a broad range of cross‑border aircraft leasing and financing transactions for both fixed‑wing aircraft and helicopters.

Grace's experience includes operating lessor warehouse financing, syndicated and bilateral aircraft‑specific facilities, portfolio and individual sales and purchases, pre‑delivery payment financings, operating leases, subleasing and wet leasing, manufacturer‑supported financings, and residual value guarantees. She has previously been seconded to Airbus S.A.S. in Toulouse, as well as the project and export finance team of Standard Chartered Bank in London.

She holds an M.A. (Hons) in Classics from Cambridge University (2007), a Graduate Diploma in Law with Commendation from the College of Law (2008), and a Legal Practice Course qualification with Distinction from the College of Law (2009).
