Jill Barraclough-Morrow

Jill Barraclough-Morrow is Counsel in Dentons' Capital Markets practice, based in London, with more than 10 years' experience on a wide range of international debt capital markets transactions. Her practice focuses on Capital Markets Law.

Jill's focus includes advising trustees and agents (both institutional and specialist companies) in connection with any type of capital markets and structured finance products, and across the lifespan of those products from initial documentation and creation, through amendments and restructurings, to resignation and exit.

She also has experience advising issuers and sponsors on straight debt issues, amendments and updates, whether driven by regulation, listing requirements or liability management. She has worked on investment grade and emerging market transactions as well as sovereign bond offerings. Most recently, Jill has been involved with capital markets driven solutions to the supply chain financing industry.

Her experience includes advising the trustee and agent on an RMBS transaction for TSB Bank plc, advising the trustee on various liability management exercises for The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine and The State Savings Bank of Ukraine, and advising on the use of capital markets structures to fund and document a large-scale supply chain financing program.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Jurisprudence from The Queen's College, Oxford University, and a Legal Practice Course from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. Prior to joining Dentons, she held roles at Hogan Lovells.
