Nia Powell

Nia Powell is an Associate in Dentons' London office and a member of the DCM, Structured Finance and Derivatives practice group, focusing on debt capital markets.

She advises underwriters and issuers (including corporates, sovereigns, banks and other financial institutions) on a range of product areas, including public listed eurobonds, private placements, commercial paper, MTN and sukuk programmes, high-yield bonds, and liability management exercises such as tender offers, exchange offers, consent solicitations and negative consents.

Nia completed the solicitor apprenticeship programme at Dentons and holds an LL.M. in Law and Legal Practice from BPP University Law School (2025).
