Karine Imbrosciano

Karine Imbrosciano is a Partner in Dentons' Derivatives and Structured Products practice, based in the London office, practicing in Capital Markets Law. She is dual qualified as an English Solicitor and a French Avocat à la Cour, with more than 20 years of experience across the UK and EU markets.

She advises on complex OTC derivatives and structured products across various asset classes, including fixed income products, total return swaps, structured equity derivatives, credit derivatives, deal contingent derivatives, repurchase transactions, and securities lending. She also has extensive experience advising on hedging arrangements in emerging markets, particularly in Poland and across Africa, and has supported leading global investment banks in developing and expanding their structured products businesses in France, with a focus on navigating both pre- and post-Brexit regulatory landscapes.

Karine holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris (2003). She has been recommended by The Legal 500 UK since 2015, ranked in Chambers Global for "expertise based abroad – France," and endorsed as a "leading lawyer – highly regarded" in the IFLR1000 for Banking and Capital Markets.
