Ada Onunkwo

Ada Onunkwo is an Associate in the Corporate practice in Dentons' London office, focusing on private M&A, joint ventures, and restructurings.

She has broad experience in corporate transactions and regularly works with colleagues across Dentons' global network. She has completed a client secondment with FTSE 100 company Centrica plc, working within its Corporate and M&A legal team.

Ada qualified as a solicitor after completing her training contract with Dentons (2023–2025). She is a member of the Dentons Black Professionals Network and has mentored students as part of the Dentons Now to Next Scholarship.
