Marina Aspinall

Marina Aspinall is an Associate in Dentons' Corporate group and a member of the investment and asset management practice, specialising in Corporate Law. She has particular expertise in investment funds, advising both public and private funds on fund formation, investment transactions and regulatory compliance.

Marina also has experience across a range of other corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and general corporate advisory work. She trained at Dentons and qualified as a solicitor in September 2024.
