Kelly Johnson

Kelly Johnson is an Associate in the Corporate department at Dentons, based in the London office, practicing in Corporate Law. She qualified in September 2025 after completing her training contract with Dentons.

She has a broad range of corporate experience, including capital markets, private M&A, corporate restructurings, and general corporate advisory work, regularly working closely with colleagues across Dentons' global network in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the US. She advised CBRE on the separation of its Global Project Management business across 41 jurisdictions and its transfer to majority-owned Turner & Townsend.

Kelly holds an LLM and LPC from BPP Law School (2023) and an LLB (Hons) from the University of West London (2022).
