Vonetta Dale

Vonetta Dale is a Counsel in the Corporate team at Dentons in London. She has considerable experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, particularly cross-border mergers and acquisitions, group reorganizations, equity capital markets transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work.

She has broad sector knowledge with a particular focus on the real estate, infrastructure, and energy sectors, as well as financial and professional services. She has spent time working abroad in Tokyo.

Prior to joining Dentons in 2023, she was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills (2019–2022) and previously worked at Linklaters from 2006 to 2019, where she trained and qualified, progressing from Trainee Lawyer to Managing Associate. She holds a BA in Law (Hons) from Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge (2002), an LLM from Cambridge (2003), and completed the Bar Vocational Course at BPP Law School (2004). She is a Barrister (Non-practicing) of Lincoln's Inn (2005) and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (2008).
