Victoria Holland

Victoria Holland is a Partner and Head of the Corporate and Commercial Team at RIAA Barker Gillette (UK), specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. She works with a broad range of clients, including large multinational companies, start-ups, SMEs, partnerships, investors and entrepreneurs, providing transactional and commercial contract advice across various industries such as automotive, biotech, property management, software and technology.

Victoria has extensive experience leading M&A transactions, complex restructurings, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and exits, share buy-backs, and advising on banking and re‑financing projects. Known for her practical and commercial advice, she focuses on building long-term relationships with clients and their advisors to provide clear, effective solutions for both immediate legal matters and longer-term strategic planning. She is recognised by Chambers UK for her professionalism and attention to detail.

Victoria holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Liverpool (1992) and completed the LPC at the College of Law, London (1995). She qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 1999.
