Stephen Levy

Stephen Levy is a Partner in Dentons' London office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. He is Chair of the UK, Ireland and Middle East Board and a member of the Global Board, with a practice focusing on UK and international private equity and other M&A transactions.

Stephen has advised on some of the largest carve-out transactions globally over the last 10 years, as well as many other significant multi‑jurisdictional acquisitions and disposals. He also advises on cross‑border reorganisations, joint ventures and other corporate matters. His clients include leading private equity houses such as Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, KPS Capital Partners, Astorg and Rutland Partners, as well as corporates including CBRE, Landis+Gyr, Marelli, Howden and Upfield.

Stephen holds an LL.B. from the University of Birmingham and completed the Law Society Finals at The College of Law.
