Candice Chapman

Candice Chapman is Counsel in the Corporate practice in Dentons' London office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. She focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and capital raising transactions, with particular experience in multi‑jurisdictional matters.

Candice concentrates her practice on four key sectors: Financial Institutions and Funds; Insurance; Technology, Media and Telecommunications; and Energy. She joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 1998. She also plays an active role in the London office's pro bono activities, including advising at a legal clinic in the London borough of Tower Hamlets and representing charitable organisations on corporate and commercial matters.

Candice holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Warwick (1996), a DEUG in Law from Bordeaux University (1995), and completed the LPC with Distinction at Nottingham Trent University (1997), where she received the Law Society Annual Prize for Outstanding Performance.
