Nigel Webber

Nigel Webber is a Partner at Dentons in London, practicing in the Corporate group with particular expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions. He advises large corporates and private equity houses on domestic and cross‑border transactions across a range of sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, media, and energy and natural resources.

Nigel has been with Dentons for more than 20 years and has also worked in Hong Kong. Recent notable matters include advising KPS Capital Partners on its acquisition of Howden Group, a global leader in air and gas handling solutions, and on its acquisition of Life Fitness LLC; advising Warner Music Group on its investment in SVA Mauritius; acting for Ingenious Renewables on the sale of Inverleith Renewables; and advising InfraCo Africa on its investment in Off Grid Power, a mini‑grid developer in Sierra Leone. He also serves as the Training Principal for the firm.

He holds a degree in Literae Humaniores from Oriel College, Oxford University (1988) and completed his CPE and Law Society Finals at The College of Law (1990). He was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1992 and in Hong Kong in 1996.
