Alison Wu

Alison Wu is an Associate in the Corporate Group at Dentons in London, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory. She advises both private and listed clients on M&A transactions, IPOs, rights issues, shareholders' agreements, and general corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Alison has experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, including the sale of a large Sydney shopping centre by way of a company structure sale, the sale of the business and assets of a leading Australian refrigerated logistics supplier, the re‑domiciliation of an Australian biotechnology company to the United Kingdom by way of a scheme of arrangement, and IPOs and rights issues for ASX‑listed entities. Prior to joining Dentons, she worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer at K&L Gates in Sydney, Australia, where she advised on Australian Corporations Law and ASX Listing Rules.

Alison holds an LL.B and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Sydney (2011). She was admitted as a Solicitor of New South Wales, Australia in 2011 and is fluent in Mandarin.
