Thomas Nolan

Thomas Nolan is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Milton Keynes office, specializing in property litigation and advising on both commercial and high-end residential matters for landowners, landlords, developers, house builders, investors, corporate tenants, retailers and transport industry clients.

His practice covers development issues, landlord and tenant disputes, business lease renewals, rent reviews, possession and forfeiture claims, easement and covenant disputes, complex leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions, tenants' rights of first refusal, party wall disputes, service charge disputes, dilapidations, property-related insolvency matters and professional negligence in the property context. He has experience in high-value, large-scale and complex litigation, and regularly advises on development projects and portfolio management.

Thomas holds an LL.B (Hons) from Queen's University (2009) and completed the LPC at Nottingham Law School (2010).
