Peter Hosking

Peter Hosking is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Litigation team, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He is experienced in contentious and advisory real estate issues, acting for significant portfolio clients across a broad range of property matters, particularly in development and landlord and tenant disputes.

Peter regularly advises on the termination of protected tenancies under the LTA 54, as well as rent reviews, break options, service charge disputes and dilapidations claims. He also has experience in mixed-use developments, advising on legislative requirements when acquiring and disposing of such developments, and is often instructed to advise on the implications of covenants and easements on development projects.

Peter holds a B.A. (Honours) in History and Politics from Keele University, a Graduate Diploma in Law from The College of Law, and completed the LPC with Distinction at The College of Law. He is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
