Samantha Ball

Samantha Ball is an Associate in the Property Litigation team in Dentons' Milton Keynes office, focusing on land and property disputes.

Her practice covers a wide range of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant relationships, enforcement of covenants, trespass, opposed and unopposed lease renewals, termination of commercial and residential leases, forfeiture, enforcement of agreements to lease, option agreements and development agreements. She has particular experience in issuing and defending injunctions relating to land and property, and dealing with property within insolvency or administration portfolios. Notable matters include advising the administrators of a hospitality estate on obtaining an injunction in the High Court to ensure site safety, advising a hospitality operating group on break notice obligations, and assisting a retail operator in managing a newly acquired site with multiple unrecorded occupancies.

Samantha holds a Graduate Diploma in Law and a B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy, Religion and Theology from Oxford Brookes University, and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Hertfordshire.
