Leanne Norton

Leanne Norton is a Counsel specialising in property litigation, focusing on contentious property work including complex land law and landlord and tenant matters. She advises a number of organisations with large property portfolios, including landlords, tenants, investors and developers.

Her workload includes unopposed and opposed business tenancy renewal claims, trespass and possession claims, boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, advising on exercising and challenging break options, forfeiting leases, interference with goods, dilapidations, disputes on repairing obligations, adjoining owners causing nuisance, disputes arising on obtaining landlord's consent, residential and commercial rent and service charge disputes and arrears recovery, tenant insolvency, rights of light matters, enfranchisement matters and protection under the telecommunications code.

Leanne holds an LL.B (Hons) from Coventry University (2004) and completed the LPC at The College of Law, London (2005).
