Reva de Monclin

Reva de Monclin is an Associate in Dentons' Sovereign Advisory practice group, based in the London office, practicing in Compliance Law. She focuses on advising governments and state-owned enterprises on finance and corporate transactions, and assists clients with cross-border transactional corporate work, particularly in the energy sector.

Ms. de Monclin has extensive experience in compliance and investigations, helping clients design and implement compliance programs. She has conducted internal investigations—including reviewing records and interviewing employees—relating to financial fraud, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, sanctions, and workplace misconduct.

She holds a Master 2 in Banking and Financial Law and a Master 1 in Business Law from the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne (2015, 2014), as well as a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School (2018). Prior to joining Dentons in 2019, she worked as an Associate in Group Financial Security at BNP Paribas in New York (2017-2019).
