Jane Bassett

Jane Bassett is an Associate in the Regulatory & Investigations team at Dentons in London. She is a senior financial regulation lawyer specializing in UK and EU regulatory frameworks, advising financial institutions on complex compliance, governance, and regulatory change matters.

She advises clients across wholesale and retail financial markets on financial services regulation, including MiFID II, prudential rules, client-asset obligations, the Consumer Duty, regulatory permissions, governance requirements, and the Senior Managers and Certification Regime.
