Jessica Cooke

Jessica Cooke is a Senior Associate in the firm's Regulatory and Investigations practice, based in the London office, practicing in Compliance Law. She has extensive experience advising on all aspects of financial services regulation, including regulatory permissions, cross-border licensing, product launches, conduct of business, financial promotions, and regulatory change and implementation. She also advises on the establishment or restructuring of regulated businesses and on acquisitions and disposals of regulated businesses or portfolios of regulated financial products.

Her clients include banks, financial institutions, investment firms, e-money and payment service providers, fintechs, credit institutions, government departments, and a range of corporates and unregulated businesses. She previously undertook a secondment at WorldFirst (part of Ant Group), leading on the implementation of strong customer authentication and advising on regulatory implementation, cross-border licensing, product launches, and payment services regulatory matters.

Jessica holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Nottingham (2010), a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law (2012), and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (2013).
