Oindrila Bhowmik

Oindrila Bhowmik is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance practice in Dentons' London office. Her practice focuses on Banking and Finance Law, specialising in securitization and structured finance.

She advises a broad range of clients, including borrowers, originators, senior and mezzanine lenders, arrangers and underwriters, in connection with public and private securitizations across a variety of asset classes, including residential and commercial mortgages, consumer lending, trade receivables, auto loans, warehouse financings and forward flow transactions.

Oindrila brings nearly a decade of experience as a finance lawyer, having begun her career in India, where she advised on secured lending and a wide spectrum of debt financing transactions, including leveraged acquisition financing, project and infrastructure finance, external commercial borrowings and bond issuances.

She holds an LLB (Hons) from Gujarat National Law University and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in 2015 and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2024. Prior to joining Dentons, she held roles at Simmons, Morgan Lewis, Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer and Khaitan & Co, Mumbai.
