Sarah Dyke

Sarah Dyke is a Partner in the Banking and Finance department in Dentons' London office, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. She has broad domestic and cross-border asset finance experience, acting for UK and overseas financiers, banks, leasing companies, lessees, airlines, borrowers, high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

Sarah specialises in the financing and leasing of commercial aircraft, corporate jets and helicopters, including advising on defaulting borrowers and lessees, repossession and restructuring of deals. She also advises on construction and delivery financing, leasing and sale and purchase of vessels, and general asset finance work including receivables financing, invoice discounting and factoring.

Sarah holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Exeter (1997) and completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law (1998).

She is recognised as a Distinguished Individual by Spear's 500 for business jet aviation advice to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and is ranked in Chambers and Partners for Aviation Finance and Leasing, Corporate Jet Financing and Private Aircraft.
