Kristin Da Costa

Kristin Da Costa is an Associate in the Capital Markets practice at Dentons in London, specializing in Capital Markets Law. She advises issuers, underwriters, trustees, and agency providers on a wide range of capital markets products, including Eurobonds, EMTN programmes, loan participation notes, equity‑linked issues, covered bonds, Islamic finance, and structured products.

Kristin has significant experience in "post‑issue" matters such as liability management transactions, consent solicitations, and restructurings, as well as advising on amendments, programme establishments, and convertible and exchangeable bond issuances. Prior to relocating to London, she practised in South Africa, where she gained experience in litigious and commercial matters. She has worked at Linklaters and held a paralegal role at Dentons before qualifying as an associate.

She holds an LL.B and an LL.M in Commercial Law, and has also completed a Higher Diploma in Tax Law, all from the University of Johannesburg. She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2017.
