Toby Gray

Toby Gray is a Partner in the firm's Capital Markets Law and Structured Finance and Derivatives practice, based in the London office. He is a senior derivatives and structured products partner with over 20 years' experience advising leading global investment banks on securitised and OTC derivatives transactions.

Mr. Gray specializes in complex securitised derivative products, including synthetic securitisations, SPV-based structured finance transactions, bespoke repackagings, and credit-linked notes, as well as equity, index, and commodities-linked products. He also has broad experience advising lead managers and issuers on equity, equity-linked, and debt securities offerings.

Toby holds an LLB from Bristol University (1993) and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Chester (1994).
