Kim Simon-Robert

Kim Simon-Robert is an Associate in the Projects Practice at Dentons in Edinburgh, specialising in dispute resolution, construction and engineering disputes, and commercial litigation. She advises a wide range of clients, including employers, contractors, subcontractors, and lenders on disputes arising out of infrastructure, energy, transport, real estate, and public sector projects.

Kim has experience in managing disputes throughout adjudications, arbitrations, mediation, and court proceedings, and has worked on confidential and high‑volume instructions within the transport sector (rail), the housebuilding industry, and energy‑related projects (offshore oil and gas). She has advised on commercial and technical disputes arising from an ongoing offshore project valued at US$1.60 billion, and has acted in the defence of multi‑million‑pound proceedings arising out of the construction of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Glasgow.

Kim holds an LL.B in Law from the University of Edinburgh (2018) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh (2019). She was admitted as a Solicitor in Scotland in 2022.

Kim is originally from France and assists on client matters and pro bono initiatives involving communication and drafting of documents in French.
