Jayne Schnider

Jayne Schnider is a Corporate Partner in Dentons' London office and Co-Head of the UK Corporate practice, advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions.

She focuses on corporate real estate transactions, acting for investors (including real estate funds, private equity funds and institutions), asset managers, developers and high net worth individuals/family offices. She regularly advises clients on structuring and implementing corporate acquisition arrangements and offshore ownership structures, and has particular expertise in drafting and negotiating performance fee arrangements from both the investor and manager perspectives. She also advises large corporates and family offices on domestic and European acquisitions of non-real-estate-related businesses.

Jayne holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nottingham (1993).
