Christopher Rose

Christopher Rose is a Senior Advisor at Dentons in London, advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and family offices on complex cross-border matters, with more than 25 years of international experience. He serves on the global steering committee of the firm's Family Office and High Net Worth (DFO) group.

He specialises in cross-border venture and growth capital investments, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures across the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, the CIS, Asia and Africa, and has advised on over 300 transactions. Notable matters include advising on the acquisition of Kazakhstan's Almaty International Airport and associated businesses; advising Impress on its $50 million Series A and $125 million Series B rounds; advising WayRay on its US$80 million Series C financing with Porsche, Alibaba and Hyundai; advising Vezeeta on a US$40 million Series D investment; and advising a leading e-commerce group on a US$150 million fundraising.

Christopher holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University (1998), where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, and a B.A. from Tufts University (1993).

He is a long-standing member of YPO, serving on its Global Board of Directors, and previously served as Global Chair of the YPO Deal Network. He also serves as Chair of TIGER 21's first Family Office Group outside the United States.
