Fiona Hollingdale

Fiona Hollingdale is an Associate in the Corporate team at Dentons in London. She is experienced in equity capital markets transactions, including advising companies and brokers on Main Market and AIM dealings, fundraisings, IPOs, and reverse takeovers. She also advises on corporate governance issues and continuing obligations within listing regimes, including inside information and disclosure obligations. Notable recent work includes advising Air Astana JSC on its landmark IPO.

She holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law (2015) and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School (2017). Prior to joining Dentons in 2022, she worked at BDB Pitman (2018–2022) and as a paralegal at Sky (2016–2018).
