Rachael Del Riccio

Rachael Del Riccio is a Partner in the firm's Corporate Law practice, based in the London office. She advises private and public company clients on UK and cross-border transactions, with a broad spectrum of work from private acquisitions and joint ventures, regularly advising clients in the Tech and Energy sectors.

She has advised Hurricane Energy plc on the £249 million takeover by Prax Exploration & Production plc, Tenaga Nasional Berhad on its acquisition of a 50% shareholding in one of Britain's largest solar power portfolios with a combined capacity of about 365MW and on its acquisition of an 80% shareholding in the largest FIT-accredited portfolio of onshore UK wind farms, and Aegis Energy on Quinbrook's £100 million investment in the UK's first multi-clean energy refuelling hubs for commercial vehicles. She has also advised Astorg on its acquisition of a majority stake in Avania, and CBRE on the combination of its global project management business across 40+ jurisdictions.

Rachael holds an LLB (Hons) from Newcastle University (2009) and completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law (2010). She has completed client secondments with TUI Travel PLC, Walgreens Boots Alliance, and Goldman Sachs, and is Co-Chair of Dentons' Women's Network: Inspire.
