Guy Norfolk

Guy Norfolk is a Partner in Dentons' London office and Head of the UK Asset Management group, focusing on corporate finance and investment funds, including fund formation, M&A, capital raising, financial services law, and commercial contracts.

He works with fund managers and their funds globally, advising across all asset classes including private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt. Notable matters include advising Aberdeen Asset Management on its £11 billion merger with Standard Life, advising PRS REIT plc on its launch on the London Stock Exchange raising £250 million, and advising Dalmore Capital on its mandate with the UK's Pension Infrastructure Platform raising approximately £500 million. He has also advised on the launch of innovative hedge fund platforms, mergers of multi-family offices, and fundraisings for AIM-quoted banks and investment trusts.

Guy holds a B.A. (Honours) in Mathematics from Oxford University (1995) and an LL.B from Edinburgh University (1997).
