Evangelos Kyveris

Evangelos Kyveris is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team at RIAA Barker Gillette (UK), practicing in Corporate Law. He advises a diverse range of clients, from start-ups and SMEs to financial institutions, multinational corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, and investors, on mergers and acquisitions, share schemes, complex restructurings, management buyouts, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, private equity transactions, venture and growth capital, and exits.

Mr. Kyveris also advises on commercial contracts, including supply and manufacturing agreements, franchise and agency agreements, licensing and distribution contracts, and bespoke commercial agreements, as well as banking and finance matters and infrastructure project financing. He joined RIAA Barker Gillette (UK) in 2017 as a paralegal in the Real Estate team, progressed through his training contract, and qualified into the Corporate and Commercial team in April 2020.

Evangelos holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Sussex, an LLM (Hons) in International Commercial Law from University College London, and completed the LPC at City University. He also holds a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is fluent in English, Greek, German, and Spanish.
