Zarenna Porter

Zarenna Porter is a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial department at RIAA Barker Gillette, specialising in Corporate Law. She advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions and disposals, share buybacks, company reorganisations, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements.

Zarenna takes a proactive and commercially minded approach, investing time in understanding each client's business and objectives to provide clear, pragmatic and effective advice. She has supported businesses across different sectors, tailoring her advice to suit the distinct needs of both sole traders and larger corporate entities.

Zarenna holds a First Class LL.B. in Law from the University of Leicester (2018) and completed the Legal Practice Course alongside a Master's in Law, achieving a Distinction in 2019. She qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in July 2024.
