Freddie Eastwell

Freddie Eastwell is an Associate in the International HR Services Group based in London. His primary practice area is Employment Law.

He advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. He has advised international clients on a broad range of employment law matters, conducting multi-jurisdictional advice projects, litigating in the Employment Tribunal, and advising on day-to-day HR matters. This work often involves negotiating, coordinating and drafting complex service agreements, settlement agreements and internal company policies.

He enjoys tailoring employment law advice to clients across a variety of sectors, each of them constantly changing and being impacted by socioeconomic and political shifts. He has recently worked closely with clients in sectors impacted by industrial strike action, changes to hybrid working policies, and an increase in restructuring and retraining initiatives in the wake of technological advances.
