Olivia Graham

Olivia Graham is an Associate in the International HR Services Group at Bird & Bird, based in London, focusing on Employment Law. She advises on contentious and non-contentious employment matters for clients across a wide range of sectors.

She provides comprehensive advice across the full spectrum of employment law matters, both domestically and internationally. Her work involves advising on day-to-day HR and employee relations issues, including updating policies and reviewing handbooks, in addition to drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and service agreements. She also has extensive experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional projects and advising clients on Employment Tribunal claims.

Olivia trained at Bird & Bird before qualifying as a solicitor in the International HR Services Group in August 2024. During her training, she gained experience across several departments and undertook a client secondment, which further deepened her understanding of clients’ needs.
