Alice Peet

Alice Peet is an Associate in Bird & Bird’s International Employment Group in London, focusing on Employment Law. She advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

She advises clients on a broad range of employment law matters and is regularly involved in drafting and negotiating service agreements and settlement agreements, and advising on various employee relations issues. She also coordinates multi-jurisdictional advice projects and provides general HR support and guidance across all sectors.

Her experience also includes advising on pre-litigious matters and representing clients in both defending and issuing proceedings in the Employment Tribunal, including on large-scale litigation, group claims and individual cases. Recent casework includes claims relating to unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination and unlawful deductions from wages.
