Grayson Stuckey

Grayson Stuckey is a Solicitor in the Employment team at RIAA Barker Gillette (UK), having qualified in July 2026. He joined the firm as a paralegal in October 2022 and, through his training period, completed rotational seats in corporate and commercial, commercial real estate, and employment, where he developed a real enthusiasm for employment law.

He advises on contentious and non-contentious employment matters and works closely with partner and department head Karen Cole. He has authored articles on workplace non-disclosure agreements, AI in Employment Tribunal claims, and personal liability for directors.

He holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Sussex (2015), a Graduate Diploma in Law (Commendation) from the University of Law, Guildford (2022), and completed the Legal Practice Course (Distinction) at the University of Law, Moorgate (2023).
