Felicity Ewing

Felicity Ewing is a Partner in Dentons' UK Disputes practice and leads the firm's highly regarded financial services disputes team, specialising in Dispute Resolution. She regularly advises on complex, strategic or high-value disputes, often involving regulatory issues, and is a group action defence expert with more than 15 years' experience supporting clients facing multi-party claims.

Felicity's practice includes capital markets, PFI and derivatives litigation, mis‑selling claims, consumer finance claims, warranty and other post‑M&A disputes, and a wide range of contract disputes. She acts primarily for banks and other financial institutions, and also advises across logistics, transport, energy and infrastructure sectors. She provides strategic insight at executive level, including pre‑litigation advice and guidance on litigation risk arising in transactions. She has spent time on secondment to the litigation and regulatory teams of major banking clients at partner level, and has significant ADR expertise.

Felicity holds an LL.B. from the University of Exeter (1996) and a Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law (1997).
