Helen Simpson

Helen Simpson is Managing Partner for the UK and Middle East at Dentons, specializing in Dispute Resolution. She leads the implementation of the Firm's strategy across the region and is a member of the UK and Middle East Board.

Helen is a Solicitor Advocate (All Higher Courts) and a CEDR qualified mediator, with more than 20 years of experience in commercial dispute resolution. She previously led a Band 1 ranked Commercial Dispute Resolution team (Chambers and Legal 500) and served as head of the Firm's UK Disputes Division. She has extensive experience in governance, risk, and strategic advisory work, and has been recognised as "extremely impressive," "pragmatic and responsive," and as a "very dynamic leader."

She holds a B.A. (Honours) in Jurisprudence from Oxford University, St Edmund Hall and completed her LPC at Nottingham Law School. She is Deputy Chair of Trustees of a national charity and has a long history of involvement in diversity and pro bono initiatives.
