Adam Pierce

Adam Pierce is a Partner in Dentons' London office, co-head of the UK Banking group and leader of the UK banking and financial services knowledge lawyer team, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. He combines deep legal technical expertise with a broad international finance practice, advising financial institutions, corporates, governmental bodies and development finance institutions on both advisory and transactional matters.

Adam is a member of the Loan Market Association's investment grade documentation committee and of the City of London Law Society's Financial Law Committee. He has published extensively on finance-related legal and market developments, including LIBOR transition, Brexit implications for lending, electronic signatures and security documentation.

Adam holds an M.A. in Modern History from Exeter College, University of Oxford.
