Louise Young

Louise Young is a Practice Development Lawyer in the Banking and Finance Practice at Dentons in London, specialising in banking and finance law and loan markets. She supports the practice with precedent development, internal and external training, providing technical legal advice, and monitoring developments in the international loan markets.

Louise trained at Linklaters, including secondments to RBS Global Markets and JP Morgan, and later worked as an Associate at Linklaters before joining Dentons in 2018. She brings extensive experience across the full spectrum of banking and finance transactions, with particular expertise in corporate and syndicated lending.

Louise holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Cambridge, a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law, and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Moorgate in 2009. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2011.
