Victoria Albon

Victoria Albon is a Senior Associate in the Employment and Pensions practice group, specialising in Employment Law. She advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, discrimination, unlawful deductions of wages, holiday pay and TUPE claims before the employment tribunal.

Victoria has significant experience handling collective redundancy consultations, changing terms and conditions, and providing corporate support on share sales and business transfers from due diligence to deal completion. She has also undertaken a client secondment, giving her direct experience working within organisations and advising managers and HR teams on the full range of employee relations issues.

Victoria holds a B.A. in American Studies from the University of Leicester, a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
